Little Constructions is proud to announce we have once again won the MBAV South Western Regional Award for Best Renovation $300,000 – $500,000. We worked together with Architects Mihaly Slocombe to renovate and extend a weatherboard cottage in Rippleside. The final result a fun, spacious and brightly coloured addition that will suit the family for many years to come.
One of the highlights of this project is the stunning Alfresco that comes off the main common room, it has great detailing at each end showing off the great craftsmanship of our trades. The home has a great mezzanine study over looking the Kitchen, Dining and Living making great use of the high ceilings.
