Mark Little established Little Constructions in 2004 and over the last 17 years, has developed a reputation for building customised acreage homes across the greater Geelong region.
With over 25 years in the industry, Mark understands the unique requirements of customised acreage homes. As a continuous member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria since 1998, he is constantly striving to stay ahead of the latest industry trends and developments in order to best benefit Little Constructions’ clients.
From stunning contemporary designs, to classic homesteads
Having built an exceptional team of trades and subcontractors, Mark and his team have an extensive portfolio in the region, stretching from stunning contemporary designs in popular urban neighbourhoods, to sprawling classic homesteads on generous rural allotments in country communities.
While the scale, layout and design of these properties may vary greatly, the one thing all Little Constructions homes have in common is the exceptionally high quality of design, functional materials and workmanship they demonstrate.

We Promise

- To conduct joint on-site inspections with you, during business hours, at regular intervals throughout the construction phase.
- To engage qualified building surveyors to provide building and occupancy permits for our constructions.
- To provide an extensive warranty inspection three months after settlement.
We Will
- Always be approachable in our dealings with you by being polite, clear and straightforward in our responses.
- Respond to any general enquiries you direct through to us in a timely manner.
- Provide you with easy-to-understand documents, including the use of Master Builders New Home Building Contracts, in advance of signing.
- Provide continuity by providing you with an experienced construction supervisor and administrator during construction.
- Proactively contact you with construction updates on your home during construction
- Provide you with comprehensive information explaining the entire building process from sale through to completion of the warranty period.
